Yay! The pre-kindergartners receive a badge for their Manager’s Cap! It is the badge of ‘time,’ in the form of a sticker. It looks like the students are off to a good start in becoming self-managers!
In this reinforcement lesson, the students learn to apply everything they have learned in the previous lesson about time management. Their friends, Emily and Luis, are here to play with them and help them learn more! Once their visual aids are posted, they ask the students for help with how to manage their time well in different situations.
"Effective time management is a crucial skill that can lead to success in all aspects of life. It reduces stress, increases happiness and satisfaction, and allows individuals to accomplish more tasks in less time."
Emily and Luis think that the pre-kindergarten class know well how to be responsible with time! The teacher thinks so too, so they invite the class to listen and sing along to the Positive Action song, "I’m Responsible."
After helping their friends, the Manager’s Cap is passed around the class, and the students share something about the positive things that they can do with their time. The teacher ends the lesson by introducing another Positive Behavior Chart. This time, it is for tracking their progress in managing their gifts well.
